At Miss Attitude, we believe that fashion should be fast, hassle-free, and effortless, so we’ve designed our delivery service to get your must-have items to you as quickly and securely as possible.
UK Delivery Charges & Timeframes
We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of £4.99 for all orders within our standard shipping zones. Orders are shipped using a fully tracked and secure delivery service, ensuring you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.
- Mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Scotland (excluding Highland postcodes) – Orders will be delivered 1-2 days after dispatch.
- Orders outside our standard shipping zone – Some locations may incur additional shipping charges. Any extra costs will be calculated at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
International Shipping
Miss Attitude ships worldwide! However, due to varying shipping costs, all international customers must request a shipping quote before placing an order.

- Once your quote has been confirmed, we will provide a secure payment link so you can proceed with your purchase.
- International delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we will always aim to dispatch orders promptly.
Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) will usually be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Restrictions & Additional Charges
- Remote UK locations (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other outlying areas) may take longer to arrive and may incur additional charges.
- International orders will only be dispatched once a shipping quote has been confirmed and agreed upon by the customer.
- Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. While we always aim to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays beyond our control. If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier directly or reach out to our customer service team at office@missattitude.com for assistance.
What Happens if I’m Not In?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may:
- Leave your parcel in a safe place (if applicable).
- Attempt redelivery on the next working day.
- Leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
Damaged or Missing Orders
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Your Order
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as we process orders quickly to ensure prompt dispatch. If you need to amend an order, please contact us immediately at office@missattitude.com, and we will do our best to assist.
