2. Ordering & Acceptance of Orders
- All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us is only formed when your order has been dispatched.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- Payment has not been received or is flagged as fraudulent.
- The item is out of stock or unavailable.
- There is an error in product pricing or description.
- Shipping restrictions prevent delivery to your location.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or household at our sole discretion.
3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, you must report this within 48 hours for investigation.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Jewellery & Accessories
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Bags & Purses
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Cosmetics
- Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics are strictly non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect items. We recommend using a tracked service as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer service team.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and you must follow our returns process instead.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, late deliveries, or website errors.
- We do not guarantee that our products will meet your personal expectations.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
